The Widening Participation and Outreach Team work to support the development of aspirations and attainment of under-represented students who attend non-selective state schools and colleges in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and West Sussex which have:

• Higher than average number of students eligible for free school meals (FSM)
• Lower than average GCSE attainment of free school meal students
• Wider than average difference in GCSE attainment between FSM and non-FSM students
• Higher than average number of students from IMD quintile 1 area
• Higher than average number of students from POLAR4 quintile 1 area
